The collection proposed was designed for comfort and smoothly integrate additional necessities required for space travel.  
 

The intention was to reimagine the way in which current clothing are functioning and leveraging points in them to develop them in terms of a experience. 

The Artemis collection is a proposal for clothing worn by astronauts in the Orion spaceship that are part of the crew in lunar Artemis mission II and Artemis mission III

Technical Criteria 

  • Made from materials that hold to safety standards- Flammability, breathability, flexible, stretchable.

  • Maximize the lifespan of each garment- No laundry in space

  • Minimize overall mass sent to the spaceship.

Design Criteria 

  • Increase the comfortability by accommodating for precipitation points ,flexible fluctuations, back support while sleeping.

  • Ease to dress and undress

  • Addition of pockets for assistance with tool holding

  • design clothes that are intact in microgravity yet give body space to breathe. 

  • Be gender inclusive capsule clothing collection and accomodate wide variety of body types

  • Individual customization for the crew.

Cuffed bottom of pant to avoid pant stucking in space ship 

Woollen and knit loose fit top with cuffs to avoid sticking to equipment in a spaceship.

Hood enclosed with adjustable button mechanism.

Vest and hood for sleep support to be used in place of the pillow to keep back and neck straight in zero gravity to decrease bone damage.
